Order Processing & Fulfillment
All products are made-to-order and fulfilled by our trusted print-on-demand partner. This helps reduce waste and ensure every item is produced just for you.
Orders typically take 5–8 business days to be fulfilled before they ship. Fulfillment times may vary depending on product type, order volume, and time of year. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves the fulfillment center.
Estimated Delivery Times (U.S. only)
Once fulfilled, most orders are delivered within the following timeframes:

Standard shipping: 3–5 business days after fulfillment

Express shipping (where available): 1–3 business days after fulfillment
Please note: these are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery times may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or high-volume seasons.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the products in your cart and your delivery location.
If your order includes multiple items, they may ship separately and incur individual shipping charges.
Order Tracking
When your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after the package has been scanned by the carrier.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout.
If a package is returned to the fulfillment center due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, is missing, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
1. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect (wrong design, item, or color), please contact us within 30 days of the product’s delivery date.
When you reach out, please include:

Clear photos showing the defect, damage, or incorrect item
Once verified, we’ll provide a replacement or refund, at our discretion.
2. Buyer’s Remorse, Size or Color Exchanges
Because each item is made-to-order specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as changing your mind, ordering the wrong size, or selecting the wrong color.
Please review all size charts and product descriptions carefully before placing your order.
3. Lost Packages & Address Issues
If your tracking number shows no movement or the package appears lost, contact us within 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
4. Warranty & Coverage
We warrant that your item will be free from manufacturing defects and fulfillment errors (printing issues, wrong design, or damaged goods).
This warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear

Damage caused by misuse or improper care

Incorrect ordering (wrong size, color, or style)

Shipping delays beyond our control (carrier, weather, etc.)

Items made correctly according to your order but no longer wanted
5. How to File a Claim
